Rodent Removal Across Tampa
Contractors are dispatched throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County. The neighborhoods below get their own page because the housing and the canopy change what a job looks like.
- Tampa and Hillsborough County
- Oak-canopy districts and tile-roof subdivisions
- Same free inspection everywhere
Two kinds of Tampa house, two kinds of job
The pre-war and mid-century districts and the newer subdivisions produce different inspections. In Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, Hyde Park and South Tampa the pressure comes from live oaks and Spanish moss touching the roofline, older soffits and gable screens, and citrus in the yard. In New Tampa, Westchase and Riverview the houses are block and stucco with tile or shingle roofs, the canopy is lighter, and the entry points are soffit and ridge gaps and the open eave course of a tile roof.
The service pages describe the work; these pages describe where it happens. Roof rat removal and rodent exclusion are the two most neighborhoods call for.
Neighborhood pages
Each page is grounded in what is known about that area: the age of the houses, the roof type and how much canopy touches it.
